DCMARVA Zone: November 2, 2024 at Ascension Lutheran, Landover Hills
This zone held their fall event on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at Ascension in Landover Hills. The ladies enjoyed fellowship, food and fun (even a dancing warm-up). The in-gathering supported Community Crisis Services, Inc. Faith Evans led a Bible Study on Psalm 103. Pastor Thress, our senior pastoral counselor for the Chesapeake District came to lead the worship service and celebrate Holy Communion with the ladies. He also installed our new zone chair Agnes Brown-Jones. We were pleased to be joined by our District President, Christine Maconachy.
