Start planning now to attend the LWML Convention in September! The ladies of the Tidewater Zone are busy preparing to host the Convention. There will be Inspirational Speakers, Bible Studies, Servant Events, Ingatherings, Exhibitors, the LWML Store, selection of Mite Projects and Officers for the next biennium and most of all --Fellowship with your LWML sisters. Also the LWML president Eden Keefe will be joining us.
In order to start your planning, the Founder’s Inn and Spa room rate is $139 + tax. This is a Hilton hotel that offers a Tapestry Collection. This is a full service hotel that offers fitness facilities, spa treatment rooms, swimming pool, and delicious restaurant food.
The Registration Fee for the Convention is $245.This includes a lite breakfast on Saturday morning, which we have never offered before. Evaluations forms from past conventions show that this is desired. Convention expenses have risen just like everything else. We work very hard to keep the costs reasonable, but we also want you to have a wonderful experience at the District LWML Convention.
