Approved Mission Grants 2022 - 2024

Delegates at our 2022 LWML Chesapeake District Convention approved a mission goal of $100,000 for the 2022 - 2024 biennium, which runs from July 1, 2022 until June 30, 2024. Mites given toward the mission goal are distributed according to these guidelines:
As voted by the delegates, $45,000 in District mission grants will be funded as provided below. Pray for our grant recipients and all of the work of the Gospel they support!

- 25% to national LWML for funding approved grants
- 45% for funding our District mission grants
- 30% to "in-reach," which funds training, travel and
- expenses for District leaders, supporting our delegation to the national LWML convention in 2023
- and other necessary expenses for operations
