Rev. Dr. Dwayne Lueck previously served the LCMS North Wisconsin District in the position of Mission, Evangelism, and Stewardship Executive. Currently, he serves as LCMS North Wisconsin District President. The LCMS North Wisconsin District started supporting mission work in Peru around 2013. Rev. Lueck has been involved in this mission work and has visited there many times in support of the ministry.
